An in-build 32.96-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/220" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Cantieri di Pisa (Company)">Cantieri de Pisa</a> Akhir 108 motor yacht has been sold and transported to Turkey where her build will be completed. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5629" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="TM Yachting (Company)">TM Yachting</a> Bulgaria represented the buyer during the negotiations.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/219186/image/large-b879130085ff07ee22589bd25522832d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/219186">The yacht features sleek, modern lines, drawn up by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/436" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Galeazzi Design (Company)">Galeazzi Design</a>. Her enclosed superstructure and metallic paintwork further her modern-charm and strongly contrast her deep teak deck spaces. Cutting her profile is a length of dark-tinted glass that runs from bow to stern.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/73555/image/large-35a4f260268304989e435ba7456b3b28.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/73555">Little is known about the yachts interior design, apart from that she’ll offer 195 GT and that her builder, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/220" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Cantieri di Pisa (Company)">Cantieri de Pisa</a>, took charge of the project.The Akhir 108 will be constructed out of GRP and is expected to have a top speed of 29 knots. The 34-metre SES motor yacht Sunrise has found a new owner with YMB's Eliad Hagilady acting as sole broker in the deal.

Measuring 42-metres and named K, Ginton Naval Architects are responsible for her naval architecture, with SES Yachts’ in-house design team undertaking both interior and exterior design. First Look: Ses Yachts' 42m flagship superyacht K

First discovered by SYT in April 2016, the Turkish yard SES Yachts’ 42-metre flagship project now known as motor yacht K was launched last year and has since been delivered to her owner. <img src="/uploads/store/photo/20019/image/large-3cc11e473924f2a29a0d740cec84f696.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/20019">The Turkish-flagged vessel was bought by her owner in 2015. Ginton Naval Architects from Holland are responsible for the engineering of the project with the interior and exterior areas designed in-house by SES Yachts’ design team.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/20017/image/large-07a20361e3487c21442290356049d349.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/20017">&nbsp;K’s steel hull measures 42-metres in length and spans 8,7 metres across with a composite superstructure designed to keep top weight to a minimum.

Delivered: SES Yachts’ flagship 42m superyacht K

Here at SYT, our continuous monitoring of the new build market often reveals projects in build which the superyacht industry might have otherwise not been aware of. A 42 metre project under construction at SES Yachts in Turkey is just one such an example.

With naval architecture by Ginton Naval Architects, the interior and exterior spaces of the project has been designed in-house by SES Yachts. The yacht’s steel hull measures 42 metres and spans 8,7 metres across. A composite superstructure will be placed on top of this to increase interior living space and keep weight down to a minimum.

SES Yachts tells us that the project, which was sold to her owner in 2015, will be their largest to date once completed in 2017.
